This traditional camp dessert is an ideal ending to a starry night time subsequent to a fireplace.
6 peaches, chopped
2 cups raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided use
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons floor cinnamon
1 pinch kosher salt
2 1/3 cups Bisquick baking combine
1/2 cup milk
Directions: In a big bowl, mix fruit, 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
In one other bowl, mix Bisquick and milk. Stir till fully mixed and clean.
Butter a big cast-iron skillet. Add fruit combination and high with Bisquick topping. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.
Cowl with foil and cook dinner over a campfire till the topping is not doughy and the fruit is heat and bubbly, about 50 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes earlier than serving.
